Shower panels & Trims

Due to our large shower panel sizes, we use a specialist courier service as this is the safest way to minimise any damage in transit. For larger installations, or commercial orders with multiple panels, we may occasionally need to use a pallet network for your delivery, but we will inform you of this should it be necessary. Our listed prices include FREE UK Delivery for orders in mainland England, Wales, and Scotland. *Please contact us directly if you live within UK islands or Northern Ireland, prior to ordering, and we can advise you of any additional cost that may be incurred.
Shower panel edge trims and any printed joining trims should be ordered at the same time as your shower panels, so that we can include these in the same delivery – this also minimises chance of delays and damages to ensure a trouble free installation.

Your production lead times will be confirmed once the design artwork has been approved, and payment confirmed. You should currently allow 28-35 days for delivery from point of ordering. We always do our best to keep you informed of production and delivery schedules as best we can as we go along. Once collected from our warehouse, our courier will contact you directly to confirm or arrange a delivery date to your chosen address.

Accessories & samples

All Accessory orders and product Sample orders will be sent via Royal Mail 48hr service. UK Postage and packaging cost is included within the listed prices on our website.

Returns

Shower Panels & TRIMS

As all of our shower panels are made to order, based on the specific requirements and layout of your bathroom or installation, we cannot offer refunds or returns on shower panel/s or printed trims once an order has been produced. If a product is defective or damaged beyond repair during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible to report the issue, and we can advise on how best to proceed with replacement, or claim on the product guarantee. Accessories

If you change your mind about your purchase, or there is a fault, please return the complete and unused item/s to us within 30 days of receipt. We will then offer you a refund or exchange as appropriate. Please ensure your items are securely packaged. For a refund, goods must be returned complete, unused and in the same condition as received, with the original box and packaging in an undamaged and resalable condition.

If the item is unsuitable or is simply unwanted you will need to pay for return postage for a refund. Remember to include your order/invoice number in the package and get proof of dispatch, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
